to start playing Shogi match
In the ISC meeting , the opponent person of you will be decided . The
kind of match depends on the rating difference between him and you . If
the rating difference is over 400 , I recommend "komaochi" match.
-in a "komaochi" match (it means a handicap match)
You and your opponent move to "Free Game Room" and choose "waiting
reserved game" mode . Then one offer a "komaochi " match
to another . One can choose the kind of "komaochi" when one offer
a match in "Free Game Room".

kind of "komochi" is "komaochi" "the rating difference"
