Some >of us (ie: me) haven't used Java in cold blood before. I know, I know, I shouldn't have posted the stuff in such an early stage. However, a few persons asked me to do so. The great thing about java is that you don't have to know about it that much. Just point your browser to a web-page and it will run on it's own... on YOUR computer. There is no setup involved. If you want to write java-programs the same thing is true. Just put the program you're writing on a web-server and test it with a browser. But if you want some development comfort you might want to consider installing the Java Development Kit on your system. The JDK is available for free on allmost any system. You can find the JDK and lot's of docs on http://www.javasoft.com (MSWindows*/Solaris/MacOS) Important with the installation is that you RTFM. I will try to make the project run in a week or so.(tops) This 'll allow you to enter games during the hollydays :-) >Also, I don't think that your message indicated that the stuff was in >/pub/soft? You found it didn't you ? Peace, Matt
