Subject: Chu shogi tournament 2000

Sorry for the unexpected (and uncommented on *) delay. I ran
into some problems with my dissertation, and finding an
appropriate time slot for the tournament (no collisions with
any major "sports" event, true sports events, shogi
tournaments, holidays etc.pp.) is still a unsolved problem.
Now I have the time to deal with it.
Please, would everyone still interested in participating
tell me of her/his preferences for a possible date. I
suppose that would be simplest -- at least it would become
clear immediately whether it makes sense to put any efforts
into the preparation of a tournament. I'd be really thankful
for this.
