Subject: 1st january elo list

Dear shogi enthousiasts,

The results of the Nijmegen tournament and the official 1st january elo
list have just been published today in my page. I am proud to publish it
on the 1st january.

Please, notice that this list can be slightly modified in the next days :
some promotions will be awarded and will be effective on the 31 december
1999. So the elo list will be updated with those late promotions. Just
wait a few days before publishing it in your magazine. If anyone sees an
error anywhere in my page, please send a mail to me.

This time, I have published 2 lists :
- the official one which contains names of the players
    - who played at least one official game in the past two years and
    - who have played at least 12 official games in Europe

- the complete elo list which contains all names handled by my program,
whatever the number of games played and whatever the date of the last
game. This list can be very useful to do some statistics on average elo
for each grade :-))

So use the link in my signature and see everything about european ratings.
