NHK Shogi Tournament games are televised on the NHK-Educational channel on
Sundays from 10:00 to 12:00. There is a brief shogi lesson from 10:00 to
10:20 and then a tournament game from 10:20 to 12:00. The number of the
channel depends on where you live. Occasionally the time is changed but
usually such changes are announced at least the week before.

Other games are telvised on NHK Satilite TV, Cable TV or local TV Stations.=

I know that their is a weekly broadcast of the Igo-Shogi Journal but I am
not sure of the exact time.=20
